The Business Development Director at GNP Global Business Consultants leads the firm’s overarching business strategy, revenue growth, and market expansion. Reporting directly to the Managing Partners, this executive builds and mentors unified teams of sales professionals and consultants to deliver bespoke, high-impact consulting solutions globally.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Drive the firm’s global market strategy, identifying new geographic and vertical market opportunities.
- Collaborate with Managing Partners to define quarterly and annual revenue targets, forecasting, and investment priorities.
- Analyze industry trends, competitor positioning, and client needs to continuously refine the firm’s consulting service offerings.
Sales & Revenue Generation
- Oversee the entire sales lifecycle—from initial prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Spearhead high-level account acquisition, particularly with mid-market corporates and global conglomerates.
- Develop and optimize lead generation systems, sales playbooks, and standardized conversion metrics across the global footprint.
Team Building & Management
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing, cross-functional team of sales managers, business development representatives, and operational consultants.
- Cultivate an integrated approach between sales and consulting staff to ensure seamless onboarding, delivery, and post-sales client satisfaction.
- Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track team productivity, individual development, and client engagement success.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience:10+ years of progressive, executive-level experience in business development, sales leadership, or management consulting.
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
- Leadership:Proven track record of building and leading high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams in a global capacity.
- Skills:Superior executive communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
